90 minute bush walk and talk

Koora means “In the beginning”

Middi means "the medium"

Programs are structured for different age groups and teacher consultation as to content covered is welcome

• Learn about the local Wadjuk People and the important Dreaming trail that is the Swan River, students will develop a greater understanding of the connection between Indigenous people and the land

• Discover the traditional names of various places and items relevant to the local area

• See various bush tools and implements and learn of how they were made during our hands on artefact presentation

• Listen to a Dreamtime story

45-60 minute sessions in class at your school

If your school has any local bush/plants on site we can even take a mini bush walk on your school grounds to discover some interesting ancient bush foods and medicine you never thought existed
